Welcome to the Southern Plains Indian Housing Association web-site.  We hope that this website is helpful to you and your organization and that you can use it as a tool to assist you in staying informed of all the important issues that we as Housing Professionals deal with on a daily, monthly, and in some cases annual basis.  

We ask for your cooperation and participation within this organization to assist us in making the SPIHA Website a valuable tool, to be used by the smallest of housing authorities to the largest in achieving our goals of providing safe, decent, and sanitary homes to our Native American people.

We welcome all tribes within our region of Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana, to become involved with SPIHA on issues pertaining to the Legislative issues at hand and those issues that are in the "pipeline", as well as issues and concerns on a local and State level.
